Interesting plan.
I took up intermittent fasting as part of my move to LCHF (low carb high fat) but not as extreme as yours. I generally fast for 14 hours a day. I have found that I require less food less often now that I'm fueling off of fat.

@dlew, thank you, I've just wrote my first week update on this journey and I still eat carbs quite a bit but less than I used to. How did the fasting go? did it make you feel better?
