Intermittent fasting is great, its harder for girls than men though. Eat plenty of fat is my advice, avocado and butter are my favourites and stay away from rice and noodles the insulin spike makes it harder. enjoy the trip:-)

i shall do, Im planning to do 5 days fasting mimicking diet, basically 5 days of 750 calories a day
