I just started fasting a little over a week ago. No eating 8pm-12pm and only two meals a day. Food tastes better and I feel like I'm thinking clearer and sleeping better. I'm more motivated to exercise. So far so good. Good luck with your journey!

@dirtieharrie, thank you for your encouragement. Food will always taste the same for me and the only thing that control my bud taste is my mood haha
