From a Caribbean country perspective view... Vaccinations can be very good for kids.
Here in the Caribbean, children must receive their vaccine shots before they are allowed in schools. They will do far better in fighting certain illness as their young bodies will then have resistance. I think hepatitis vaccine is ok. (not to worry) also to the fact that these little ones share various stuff/things and place them in their mouths; things such as cups, hands, etc. my children received hepatitis vaccine and they are all doing great (now ages 21, 14 and 5).
It is the new vaccines that countries are developing and experimenting that makes me weary for the new parents.
On the other, we do not need new developed vaccines as it can be like hell which I read about - no one wants to go there.
Peace,

Thank you for your comment Delva! What a beautiful name - I have added it to my list of potential names in case I have children one day! - If I do I wonder if I will vaccinate them? LOL!! =)
It is always excellent to hear opinions from around the world. You are the first person that I have seen on Steemit from the Carribbean but I am sure this will grow.
They are implementing the same system of denying education to unvaccinated children in Australia - the policy is called "no jab, no play" which I think sounds strange in that jabbing is painful and playing is wonderful! However as this only impacts families who rely on Government funded schools I believe that parents with the money to send their children to private schools are still afforded the choice. As usual money brings you more choices.
I also received a Hepatitus vaccination but when I was already an adult and I feel fine - except for my inability to write - LOL - just kidding! ;-)
The new vaccines and their testing is an interesting topic! Because there is so much money involved it seems clear that there is a financial incentive to falsify and manipulate the studies.
My distrust of the medical industry started when I was involved directly in the corruption of Doctors for one of the world's largest Pharmaceutical companies. This was done with implicit support from the Government. I was appalled at what I saw and I believe these processes of corruption have become worse! I saw this with my own eyes and it changed my perspective forever! Here is the link to the post I wrote detailing my experiences:

Some of the responses from other Steemit users who have worked in the medical industry were very interesting.
I wrote this post in the interests of free and open debate and I am glad to see that this has happened. I believe in freedom of discussion and of choice. When our choices are taken away from us we are living under dictatorship!
Warmest regards from sunny Bali! =)
