Good points.

I would add an important two:

  • dont make the lemon water optional, make it mandatory

  • cut out all sugars. This includes white carbs which the body processes into sugars. You might sake from withdrawal for 3 or 4 days, but then your sugar addiction will be cured and you are on your way to a new you.
