Good evening dear friends of this beautiful community, we continue with the challenge of health #healthchallenge of @healthsquared and @sweetsssj who in this third week request that you write how we de-stress.
I have several ways to de-stress, I will start by telling you about the first one which is seeing my plants, watering them, observing every detail every bloom; It's amazing how it de-stresses me; Below I show you some pictures of my plants,
Another thing that unbelievably depresses me is playing with my little granddaughters, they make me enjoy and laugh so much that I forget worries and I begin to feel good.

Sewing and making dresses to my granddaughters makes me feel relaxed and in constant harmony. I hope my publication meets the requirements of the third week of health challenge.
