I'm one of those people that really crave a good nights sleep to function well the next day. I definitely think it helps clear the mind and flush from toxins.
I guess just like a mobile has to be put to charge so do we, putting ourselves in this sleeping state might be the most effective way to do so as it allows for complete relaxation for both body and mind .
I think I sleep better next to my wife, I feel more relaxed, luckily she doesn't snore haha
