This is really mind blowing. A year ago I went about 4 months without drinking anything but water and lots of things changed. I had more energy, my skin was clearer, and my workouts felt much better but then one day I had one soda while on vacation and poof I was back to drinking soda and whatever else I was craving. This video has encouraged me to start my water only challenge again, thanks for posting!!
