Thank you for sharing your journey! It's hard to deal with such things especially at a young age.

I've found that eating 50-75% raw or steamed fresh fruits/veggies and lots of healthy carbs such as rice and ramen helps a great deal to maintain a healthy weight along with daily fasting in the form of not eating for the first 4-8 hours of the day.
