Another way is setting an example. By them watching you eat healthy food, they will eventually give it a try here and there and start liking it as well (Hopefully)!
And another thing that to my surprise really worked for me- I always have a few bowls of fruit scattered around the house and each time they just pick something out and ask me to peel for them :) this eventually made them stop asking for other snacks! So im really happy that worked:)
Now to get them to eat their veggies.... hmmm , ill try one of your tips ππͺ thank you for sharing! Upvoted

Hi @cooknbake that is an incredibly important point! Lead by example! I never saw my parents chowing down on fruits and veggies but I bet if I did, things would have been different for me. I know when kids see me eating what I do they always want some =D Even kids who normally don't eat fruits and veggies, just showing them it's OK, or yummy gives them a positive association! =D Love it and I love that you have bowls around for them- what an awesome mommy! <3 I hope the tips work with your kids! =D
