Open air gym becoming popular among health conscious people.

There is an increasing effort by municipalities, healthcare providers, and various nonprofit organizations to encourage adults to engage in physical activities in local public parks, as the open-air gym has lots of advantages over indoor gyms. In our city, there are also so many gyms set up to benefit people.
Open -air gyms are easily accessible and free to public. There is no time boundation as it is open most of the time or at some places open for 24 hours. When exercising outdoors, we can also enjoy the benefits of sunshine, fresh outdoor air, and natural light.
Exercising outdoors is an excellent opportunity to meet new people while performing our workout! It also provides an opportunity to spend time with near and dear and we are not bounded to go if have some other important work as it is free so no worry to loose money.
Outdoor exercise also benefits the whole body by bringing joy, well-being and a better mood!

In one study, the researchers found that exercising outdoors “was associated with greater feelings of revitalization, increased energy and positive engagement, together with decreases in tension, confusion, anger and depression. Participants also reported greater enjoyment and satisfaction with outdoor activity.”

Today morning when I went for a morning walk I visited our nearby open-air gym with my daughter and did some exercise, It is really nice to have some physical excersice is fresh air in the morning. I decided to come here frequently and enjoy this facility provided by our government.
