Thank you for sharing. I've recently started doing Buti Yoga and I've built up quite a bit of muscle. The hard part is that I'm not losing fat, so the tape measure thing hasn't really worked either.

I'm hoping that something will turn soon.

I know the feeling, It can b incredibly frustrating. I still have a good layer of fat that I would like to get rid of, but my body wont let it go.

I think there are so may factors involved, that it is hard to find one solution. Just keep working hard, and what is meant to happen will happen. Lot's of love to you!
