Thank you @onetree ! It is not as bad as it use to be. Getting out and about has helped. So can believe the yoga does. Have started cycling myself.
What seems bad now, was nothing to me years ago. So think today I just needed a reminder of where I have come from and how lucky I am to have my own little stress alert. :)
