Ask for help with some of the chores. Perhaps your mother-in-law could help with the kids? Perhaps a neighbour could run some of your errands? Just for the next week or so to give you a bit of a break...You have said that alcohol doesn't take off the edge. Are you able to go out for a walk or a short jog? Ride a bike?
