@cambridgeport90 yes that's right, but don't have it empty stomach you can have it after breakfast and start with one capsule and see how your body is reacting to it.
Gradually you can increase it from 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Darn. Good call. I do that all the time with my vitamin, and I end up paying for it later.
