Thanks I haven't heard of any of these! Some that I've tried that take care of peripheral imbalances are drinking tea with St. Joe's Wort and taking vitamin D and Niacin.
Yeah those are good as well, there’s some things that you should take together. You should always be taking curcumin everyday no matter what. It’s takes away the inflammation which can cause anxiety, depression and ocd. Taking away the inflammation also helps with hundreds of other illnesses.

Depression is the worst enemy of anyone of us. A lot of cases happens when people are not so open with their problems with whom they can trust. There should be programs that will cater depress people to whom they can run to when they needed someone to talk with that they can be trusted. I know few people commited suicide and most of them are very sensitive and quiet type of person who just prefer by themselves.
How I wish it is easy for us to determine so fast how depress people are going through. This is such an informative post. Keep it up and keep on steeming.
