As a doctor, I completely agree with you 👌

I never knew aloe vera wasn't good for pregnant women and children under the age of 5. I actually use it as a laxative and also on my skin. Thanks for this information, happy new year in advance

@tutufaith Happy New Year buddy !!! have a great one... :)

I use alovera with my daughter's acne grains and it works well

I have learnt from your article, I didn't realise that it was not good to use for pregnant woman. I have always kept a plant and used it for any burns.

Indeed, one of the best herbal medicines! My sister (11 y/o) used to apply that clear white substance on her hair mixed with olive oil, and it worked wonders :)

As a homeopath, I absolutely love to use aloe vera! It has so many health benefits especially for skin. I've even used it as sunscreen before and to get rid of sunburns for example and it's very very effective. Especially when going to the Carribean, who needs anything when you have aloe vera :). Thanks for this awesome post!

Recently I found a post in fb, I think it might have been The Alternative Daily, but it was about Aloe Vera cleaning the air, and that we should all have a healthy plant indoors in our homes, for its oxygen. ¿¿ fb¿ so unable to refind. 😇

You can split the leaf open with your nail and apply to small cut or wound. Very useful for small children.....apply splayed leaf to closed eyes to cool and restore....any skin appreciates the gel. I regularly apply to pet wounds, it is there on the window sill, clean, cool and ready. No bad or chemical smell... absolute best thing for sun burn. Great stuff!!!

I grow and use aloe vera for long time. and I see so many benefits of it. its very spacıal herbal.

Well, excellent your post. Since I came across this wonderful plant and learned about its miraculous curative properties , I've got faith in it deeply, It is rather easy to find some Aloe Vera planted in mud vessel in Venezuelans' homes, It is also called Sabila. It has been used for health, beauty and home care. Its nutritional content is extensive, as it is rich in vitamin A, C, E and B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12; and also in folic acid and minerals, among others.
I am used to using Aloe Vera as a beverage to lose weight. well, indeed, It works out. Try it out. Thanks for sharing this great information. Happy new year.

i must really confess i have no idea of heart benefits of aloe vera until now

thanks for these article really helpful

Aloe Vera, to me, reminds me of medicine or beauty products.... herbs/homeopathy tends to use special plants to provide special remedies for various symptoms. I thinks its fascinating that Aloe Vera can have a positive impact on children of certain ages but the big question is: How does one get the child to consume the Aloe Vera for health benefits? The taste is very distinct and not so pleasant for children, children generally prefer sweeter eats/drinks to consume....

Aloe has largely become increasingly popular because of its high dose of Vitamin E. However, Vitamin E can also be found in large amounts consuming Almonds, Spinach, and Avocado.
