Sorry to hear about your nightmare experience. I've always been convinced that Lyme disease can be cured with diet. Obviously you're not an average case.
That said, there's an herbalist by the name of Quang Van Nguyen who has a 100% success rate in curing Lyme. He has worked wonders with me in the past. He's in Arlington VT but he may be able to refer or instruct you remotely.
He's a 3rd generation master who started studying at 5 in a Buddhist monastery and is the author of a book called Fourth Uncle in the Mountain. It's a chance if all else fails. Good luck man.
