This is great.
I've been using a stand-up desk for the last year, with a lot of noticeable improvement in productivity and focus.
Also, I have been intermittent fasting, too.
Another thing I have been doing is no PMO (Porn Orgasms Masturbation). Semen retention allows for greater focus, productivity, creativity, better sleep, and a myriad of other health benefits both physically, emotionally, and even spiritually.
