Great article my dear friend. It will help me a lot...I was sleeping less after joining the Steemit.I am addicted by Steemit and tried to hangout all the time till mid night and get up early morning. I sleep around 4/5 hours.Ater reading your article, I knew I was doing wrong & also the benefit of the long quality sleep. From today, I will go bed early.
