I guess I should try this out if this really works. Thanks for the health tip.

I think this works best in combination with intermittent fasting, it gives amazing results in a week even if you are doing it for the first time.

Sugar is such a big one. It is EVERYWHERE. So even though it may not seem like that much, at the end of a day, it has all added up to a bag of sugar you consumed in that day.
