The e-cigarette is unsafe do to its SYNTHETIC oil vapors (that's how MOST are used) and the explosive nature of the device (like has happened with some recent cel phones). Can I suggest you get a better translation of that article from the Daily Fail if you do not fully understand it.... If they were actually sold containing coke Heroin and cannabis their sales would rocket .... every junkie in town would be flocking to their local vape shop :D
