Flat belly water is an amazing detox water which does help to lose weight off you belly, easy made with simple ingredients many people drink this detox water along with a healthy eating plan.
List of ingredients needed
Lemon, Cucumber, Ginger & Mint
1 - 2 litres of water
1 sliced cucumber
1 sliced lemon
15 - 20 mint leaves
1 ginger root
Preparation
Simply slice the lemons, cucumber and ginger and drop them into a big glass jug with the mint leaves then add the water and let all the ingredients fuse together for 8-12 hours. After the fusing time period the water is ready to drink.
Many people drink 3 glasses per day usually morning / dinner and before bed but it’s up to the individual.
Once the water has been consumed fill up the jug with fresh water mix it round let it fuse together for 1 hour then use the same ingredients for maximum 3 days till you make another batch.
