Hello everybody! most of the people who did fat loss program change their oil to olive oil..
me! one of them but the most important on ur diet is amount of calories. when i was on diet last year, i didn't know, what calories is, what the meaning of calorie's amount.. then i did some research on youtube and google..
i found nutriotionists and doctors. i think they help me a lot. so, i want to share the research that i wrote on my note

a. Both of animal fats and vegetables oil are fats, they are 9 calories

he emphasize that vegan still get heart diseas even though Adventist 2 study told where vegans had 26 % lower risk of getting heart disease and Oxford told 57% lower in lifelong vegans that meat eaters but how can vegan still get heart disease? The main culprit is oil like olive oil, coconut oil and vegetables oil.
i'm not vegan. me, usually use oil for cooking, because i'm human who live in 2018 in modern F&B but i don't forget to workout eat raw vegetables and fruit. Virtually, in my country in Indonesia, have a lot delicious food without oil. do you want me to share the recipe? :)
