Do you know how to pick a good and fresh fruit? or you're having trouble to pick up the good one like me? Well you know what here let me tell the secret of how to pick up the right and beat fruit.

To pick the best peache you should look for a tripe through the stem this mean the peache ripened longer in the tree, and also look for dark areas sugar collects here and it makes more sweeter.

Mangoes will smells very fragrant when it's ripe. color doesn't always indicate if it's ripe or not they should give slightly to light pressure.

Oranges button are should smell fresh, and the more heavy the more juiceier it will be. Color should he uniform without brushes or dots.

I've always had a tricky time with mangoes. But they're easily one of my favorite fruits. Good thing you can be less picky about perfect ripeness when making smoothies!

I always squeeze the avocado REALLY hard to make sure they are ripe. I do this for every avocado on the shelf and eventually won't get any because they are all brushed and squeezed.
