Challenge Completed for Monday:

219 reps:

  • 15 minutes hill sprints + 15 cross trainer = 100 reps
  • 16 pull ups + 28 jump squats + 75 sit ups = 119 reps

This was hard to even imagine. Must've been even harder to do, but that's what makes you successful at parkour.

Thanks man... honestly, those hill sprints nearly make me want to throw up every time.
