This young man was a real fatty at the beginning of his fast, 28 days later he looks like a different man and a happier man. Enjoy the video, it is worth listening to what he has to say, so please take the time to listen to him.
My own personal journey started on Sunday evening, based on the local time that is 38 hours without food. I am working full time and intend to go 7 days or 168 hours. I already feel great, I feel sharp and alive.

Good luck on your quest to change your body and your life.
A word of caution though: Eating nothing for and extended period of time, besides causing other health issues, will literally make your muscles eat themselves!! You see, when you starve yourself (of protein in particular) your muscles go into a catabolic state, and they start to break down. As this happens, your basal metabolic rate (the rate at wich your body burns calories when you are at rest) goes down, which makes it progressively harder to reach your fitness/weight goals. All I am saying is that muscle mass is good, and losing it bad. Al least eat some protein, like egg whites or some chicken breast.
Good luck!
Thanks for the advice and what you say makes sense. I have done a lot of research into the topic and it was also something the anceint Greeks and almost all religions advocated.
Ill stick with it and see if I can hold out for 7 days, if I find it easy or I am doing fine I intend to extend the fast until 10 or 14 days whatever I can manage.
