I recommend intermittent fasting (especially the 1-2 times per week 24-h fast) quite often. I've gotten out of the habit of doing it personally, but I was just telling myself yesterday that I should start again. Good timing @yasminep ;)

Like @phelimint said: it helps break habitual eating and helps you realize that you can deal with hunger. In patients I also use it for the immune system and weight management.
