What a joy it is to witness our collective expansion!
Don't you agree?

More and more of us shed the layers of external programming and non-serving beliefs.
More people go plantbased, turn to fruits and detoxes, more of us are making an effort to see things differently, we try intermittent fasting, we get into autophagy, we pay attention to cleansing our bodies from the inside.
We are ready for a shift.

We choose to unplug from the old word food because we recognized it is not serving us on any level.
We can see more clear now, we have deeper understanding of the effects that our food has on our state of being, and..... being intelligent smart cosmic cookies as we are, we act on it.

We are no longer putting up with being fooled, we do not mistaken those pretty-looking UFOs - Unidentified Food-like Objects for “food.”

We are aware of the current food situation, and we love knowing that it is a natural evolutionary stage that we go through, collectively.

We understand that
The food industry, in its desire for profit, disregarded the original definition of food, our health has been turned into business. Now we are ready to be the ones in charge, we are ready to be well, healthy and connected.

Here is a little help for those of you who need "a friendly push."
After all, there must be a reason why you are reading this article and follow my work.
My vibes are contagious, I assure you! I watch people transform around me my entire life.

Spending just a few minutes with yourself contemplating the following will shift your vibrational state from non-caring/ignoring to awareness/caring about yourself. You will pull the plug out of the collective food programming.

Find a few quiet moments with yourself.
Take a deep breath! Prepare to change your mind.

Step 1.
Write down your honest answers to the following questions:

  • How is my state of HEALTH right now?
  • Do I see the connection between the food I eat and my state of Health?
  • Am I satisfied with my current state of health?
  • What is my personal definition of food?
  • Do I trust modern food industry to feed my cells and those I love?
  • Do I love myself enough to make a change?
  • What message do I want to send to my cells and DNA?
  • Am I ready to communicate with myself on a deep vibrational level?

Step 2.
Go through your kitchen with intention to Identify the UFOs.
Do it today, do it right now!
Read the labels of everything you find.
Decide what to do with the UFOs that you found in your home.
A hint: there is a special place for them, called garbage bin!

Step 3 - Make a love note for yourself:
Write these words down - “ Dear me. I love you with every bite and every sip I take. Watch me doing it."
Keep this note in your purse or a pocket, and read it each time you want to grab something to eat.
Very soon, once you go through the unplugging and reprogramming progress, you will no longer need this reminder.
Be gentle with yourself, you are shedding the layers of old programming, you are doing it for you, for those around you, and for the world that is going through powerful times.

You are luminous, beautiful being!
Your Health is your birth right!
Let no one take that away from you.

Right we should nourish our body with healthy food for maintaining good and healthy life style great job i am also very conscious about food thanks for sharing dear.

Very good article. Can be used as additional science.
It is a food source of body health. But food is also the source of the disease as well. So we have to be careful in consuming food.

My general rule is that if great grandparents wouldn't have eaten it (and it's vegan, sugar free and gluten free) then it's not for me. 🙂
