imagination meditation is done so that in the beginning our mind does not stray around during meditation. To do this, you can imagine nature and lush trees or you can imagine that your god is standing in front of you. This will not distract your attention from here.

Keeping all these things in mind, to do meditation, first stop blinding your eyes in any dry condition. Now, alternatively, observe the foot from your body to the thumb. During this time, realize that the body that you are observing. The organ is gradually becoming healthy and beautiful. Similarly prepare the body and mind to meditate.

By practicing regular meditation, you will gradually come to meditate and you can do it easily. Only a few minutes given in your daily routine will keep you energetic. Therefore, in your daily routine, meditation must be adopted.
