3. Brain food

Dates are rich in phosphorus which supports the function of the brain.


4. Treat diarrhea

Dates are high in calcium, which refrshes the gut flora, creates gut baacteria in the gut, and treats diarrhea.

5. Strengthen hearth

You should soak dates in water, and then in the morning. Drink the smoothie to support hearth health.
