Total fat:-  0.2 g       Sodium:- 69 mg    Potassium:- 320 mg    Total Carbohydrate:- 10 g    Dietary fiber:- 2.8g

Sugar :- 4.7 g            Protein:- 0.9 g

Health benefits:-

 Carrots are a particularly good source of beta-carotene(Vitamin A), fiber, vitamin K, potassium and antioxidants so carrots are very healthy,tasty,crunchy.This is a good healthy food.

1. Improve eyesight:- 

Carrot are rich source of vitamin A which is good for eyes so it prevent eye problems such as night blindness.

2.  Immunity:-

Vitamin C in carrot can boost your immunity because it can stimulate your White blood cells.

3. Prevent Cancer:-

Beta-carotene and antioxidant prevent cancer.british researcher said that prevent lung cancer if you increase consumption of beta carotene.

4. Digestion:-

reduce constipation and colon probelms

5. reduce heart problems:-

control blood pressure and reduce the risk of stroke by 60%

But if u want to take benefits of carrot,you have to increase your consumption of carrot.i consumed daily 2 kg carrot juice for 3 month and it gives me good health.It solved my health issue.if cancer patient eat/take juice of 2 kg carrot.it can reduce the risk of cancer.
