Because of hurry or from unknowing, we associate wrongly the food. Not only the quantity consumed counts, but also the combinations that we make are not exactly the right ones. Most of the time, unhealthy combinations of foods are those that slow down our metabolism and affect our silhouette.
So today I'm talking about 7 of the most dangerous combinations of food for the body and I recommend avoiding them as much as possible.
1. Potatoes and meat
For digesting meat, the stomach produces acidic gastric juices and the process is very slow. Instead, potato digestion produces alkaline gastric juices and is rapidly digested, requiring different enzymes.
If you eat these foods together, you will provoke a digestive struggle between these two types of enzymes. The result is that food will not be digested and this goes to bloating, stomach burns, stomach ache, malabsorption, indigestion and lack of energy.
2. Pasta with meat or pasta with cheese
Pastas are part of the carbohydrate category and the meat as well as the cheese contains many proteins. This combination will lead to heavy digestion and will affect the assimilation of proteins.
Although you get a feeling of satiety, combining the carbohydrates with proteins is not beneficial to your digestive system.
3. Cereals with milk
Generally, children are served with a cereal bowl at breakfast, but you should know that this is one of the most unhealthy combinations of dishes. Most times, eating cereal milk can cause stomach pain, because both milk and cereals are rich in carbohydrates. 4. Cheese omelet
You already have two types of animal protein. Many nutritionists recommend to put vegetables, not cheese into omelettes.
5. Bananas and milk
Ayurvedic medicine lists this food combination as the safest way to accumulate toxins in the body. According to this theory, bananas and milk hinder the body and slow down the mind, because of the very difficult digestion. A compromised solution when preparing smoothies would be choosing very ripe bananas and adding nutmeg and cardamom to stimulate digestive processes.
6. Cocoa with milk
Yes, it is among those food combinations to avoid, although it seems hard to believe. Cacao is rich in oxalic acid, which stops calcium absorption. In combination with calcium, this acid contributes to the formation of oxalates, those particles that trigger stones and sand to the kidneys.
Of course, if you only drink a cup of milk cocoa at a certain amount of time, it's not a problem. But do not become a habit.
7. Bread with meat and eggs
It is the complete set, our digestion will be affected by the fact that we will practically consume a double portion of protein associated with carbohydrates.
The above foods are wrongly combined and they provoke digestive disaster. Even if some people who mix the wrong foods say they feel good, they do not realize that this wrong combination is the cause of other symptoms, such as headaches, chronic fatigue, frequent colds.

The human body digest differently the meat, dairies, vegetables, fruits and cereals. If we have to choose between the two variants, I think the dissociated diet is the best choice.
