I used most of the techniques you talk about. I've noticed some of my peers have problems sleeping, yoga for bedtime seems to help a lot of people. I share the same views about getting your 8 hours, you'll work so much harder with the right amount of sleep!
I practice Yoga also and it helps immensely.
Yoga helps everything!

Hi @jerrybanfield, Thanks for writing such a detailed post to make us all sleep. :smile: I'm a Taurus and hosroscope tells me that I and my sleep are made for each other. However, there are times when I can't sleep at all. So what I do then? I write such posts when I can't sleep. Pardon me, for being so philosophical and creative! :smile:
