Becoming dedicated in the gym has been such a positive thing for me. Setting goals and seeing improvements allows for me to see what I can truly be capable of. I've learned that it's so important to be confident and to love you for you. I'm still focusing on the importance of not comparing myself to others but for now I'm happy with the progress I've made.
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't always mean you have to miss out on things that you enjoy. You learn the concept of moderation. Some days I'll eat all the holidays treats which means the next day I should probably eat clean and train hard. Finding a balance is hard but so important. Dont miss out on events that are important to you because you might miss a workout or cause your scared to eat off schedule. Fitness should better your life, not control it!
