in #health7 years ago

Many people who prefer to break using fried and ice fruit because it feels more delicious and "fitting" as an iftar meal. In fact, a bowl of soup can be a healthy menu choice iftar.

A bowl of soup is rich in water that can hydrate the body cells after a day of fasting. In addition, breaking with soup can warm the stomach and help prevent bloating or discomfort in the stomach. You can eat chicken soup, red bean soup, corn soup, clear vegetables, or other types of vegetables as a menu option to break the fast.
