So true turn off your TV's and cell phones find a river or a lake or a body of water and be one with nature and the creator. I find being near water helps calm me down just my helpful hint. Thank you for sharing. Peace and Love

We all need to do that once in awhile. Being absent from our mobile devices and experience the nature instead is the best thing you can do. Wishing you a lovely day ahead!
