Great information. I learned massage a few years back and this info is true and on point. Pain is almost always a symptom of another problem. Hand going numb? Probably need to back up to the shoulder and back area.

Yep yep yep, it's so interesting to trace a "problem" around the body to its real physical source. So many folks are disconnected from their physicality these days, and the lack of quality massage does nothing to alleviate that. We wish that everyone could enjoy a nice massage every single day to optimize health!
