1. Go to bed at the same time
Routine may be boring, but that’s the way your body likes it. Go to bed at the same time each night, preferably before midnight.
2. No more eating after 3 hours before bed time
It may sounds hard to do, in couple of weeks it'll get easier and easier and it'll help you lose more weight even if you eat more food through
3.Lin Seed Tea
Just before your bed time grind those beautifull seeds, make a big cup of tea , add a spoon of honey for the flavor, relax and enjoy it.
You can add those seeds to your meals , very healthy and great for weight loss
4. A glass of Water
Don't forget to put a big glass of water next you, you will drink it the moment you wake up, before anything
Don't walk away before finishing it!!!
And don't forget to move a bit, go for a walk, a small routine work out but don't hit the gym too late, it'll make a mess with your body clock
