La crecida del Río Ebro / The flood of the River Ebro

Durante estos días en la ciudad de Zaragoza, hemos vivido una de las mayores crecidas de la historia del Río Ebro.

En esta ocasión se superó también la barrera de los cinco metros, al igual que en la sufrida en el 2005.

Todas las riberas del río quedaron anegadas por el impresionante caudal de agua y varios parques de la ciudad, como el de Macanaz o el del Agua, se vieron inundados por completo.

El instituto Jerónimo Zurita se vio obligado a cerrar sus puertas y y el puente del azud tuvo que ser cerrado al paso por precaución.

La peor parte, como siempre, la sufren los ganaderos y agricultores de las localidades de la Ribera Alta y Baja del Ebro, los cuales ven afectadas sus producciones con cuantiosas pérdidas.

During these days in the city of Zaragoza, we have experienced one of the largest floods in the history of the River Ebro.
