HUAWEI company announced the start of sales of smart watches HUAWEI Watch GT 2 in Russia. The gadget is built on the basis of the Kirin A1 processor and is presented in two sizes: with a dial diameter of 42 and 46 millimeters. The new model of the accessory is distinguished by increased battery life, the presence of training modes and sufficient memory to use the watch as a player.
The energy-efficient Kirin A1 processor consumes the minimum amount of energy, due to which, in a typical use case, the Watch GT 2 model with a 46-millimeter dial can work without recharging for up to 14 days. When the GPS tracker is on, autonomy is up to 30 hours. The 42 mm version from a single charge lasts up to 7 days with a mixed scenario and up to 15 hours when GPS is on.
Watch GT 2 uses the Bluetooth 5.1 wireless standard, which provides stable signal reception from a smartphone at a distance of up to 150 meters. Heart rate monitoring is carried out using an optical sensor. Additionally, the model has an accelerometer and a gyroscope, which are actively used during exercises. The watch has 15 sports modes for various sports. During training, data is collected on 190 parameters with the further preparation of individual recommendations.
