The Grand Paradi Towers, Malabar Hills, Mumbai

Grand Paradi Towers or towers of death it was buit in 1975.The Paradi Towers consists of three towers and 28 layers each, It is one of the oldest and biggest residential societies in south mumbai.There has been a elevation of suicides by the residents of the Grand Paradi within the society as well as outside the society.

The events started with the death of a young girl who jumped to her death in the later seventies.

after that Vasadeo and Tara Dalal committed suicides in June 14, 1998. Police found their suicide note where they accused their own son and daughter in law for harassing them and provoking to death. Police arrested their son and daughter-in-law Balkrishna and Sonal. After defending themselves for seven long years, on the judgement day on Monday, March 28, 2005, they also took the same fate as their parent, Balkrishna Sonal and their 19-year-old daughter Pooja also committed suicide by jumping off from eight floor balcony.

Mr. Jain who was also a resident of the Grand Paradi, and worked in a brewing company committed suicide sometime in 2000. He was in his early forties.

on October 28, 2006 a resident of the Grand Paradi committed suicide. There had been more than 20 horrifying fatal accidents and suicides at the triple towers since it was constructed
