Hey!! sadly there's no official tutor or teachers but you can always ask other players for advice and after trying it you will see the mechanics are easy to understand.
We do have a Discord channel for students to hang out and ask questions in... and occasionally we hold classes, but not very often lately. Another one should be soon(ish)
