We would like to inform you that today, June 5 2018, HashFlare’s new Terms of Service will come into effect.

Introduction of the new Terms of Service is connected with the implementation of new requirements from banks and will allow HashFlare to fully comply with relevant norms and regulations.

The changes concern the validity of inactive accounts, as well as HashFlare’s right to identify their clients and request documents confirming origin of the funds and clients’ identity. In addition, the general wording of the Terms of Service was updated.
