We all know that depression diagnoses are growing quickly, especially for adolescents and millennials.

I hope this post reaches those who are helping a loved one get out of depression. Every bit of help can go a long way.

I just watched this a few minutes ago and it seems to have hit the nail on the head for a lot of the issues with millennials. It is worth watching, especially if you are in a management position or a millennial.
