That exchange is likely the biggest/best place, and I am advising CAUTION in using mercatox. They have had some minor issues with people taking out KIN, and getting it to the MEW wallet. It's on the ETH system, but the token is a specialty token, might have coding issues or individuals might actually have to set up their wallets properly to receive the KIN tokens. It's all in flux, that is why these early startups go so well IF they get started properly! Lots of R&D, Blood, Sweat, and Tears expended to get it going :D lol
