I think it maybe depends on how the word feels to you yourself as to how it affects you. I got bored of doing the whole "list of things to be grateful for" thing. I find it much better to just immerse myself in something that I like, whether it's a sunset or a flower or hugging my dog. Sometimes I think people shoot themselves in the foot by trying to make time for all these practices. I love Esther Hicks and I remember hearing her talk about desiring things "lightly" and that is always what sticks in my mind. Great post :)

I am so happy you enjoyed it and I agree with your perspective as well. I make thankful lists and I don't always write them down. Everything starts with a thought anyway. Writing is just another entry point to connect with The Divine One! Happy Hump Day My Friend!
