The nuances matter
When a coffeeshop makes an effort to make one's 'cuppa' coffee look so good, then I feel obliged to pass on their artistic flair with a a couple of photos and it's straight from the bean, so definitely coming back here.

I agree! I once went to a coffee shop in Case Viejo (Panama, South America) and they not only put a love heart in the coffee but also spelt out "PAMELA", which is the name of my friend who I bought the coffee for. It was such a beautiful moment that (like you) I had to capture with a picture :)

I love coffee and was Ops Mgr for a small chain in Oz years ago.
The brilliance of some of the baristas to turn an ordinary coffe into a drinkable work of art always astounded me.

Coffee has always been a significant part of my life. For me, it's a chance to start my day and gather my thoughts - it's fuel for my creative process.
Well, it's funny @tamaris as I'd never touched coffee until I moved to the Netherlands and now I haven't looked back. I was 'Tea Total', or a "Total Tea Head', either way I now drink both. You're not wrong about coffee heightening one's creative ability, it works the same way for me. :-D

I owned a coffee shop for a few years and could never figure out how to make these designs in the lattes. I'm also not very artistic. Those look delicious!
