Everyone of us has faced overthinking issues, because it is natural if it is not in control. When we spent time and get diverted, overthinking disappears. But it is sometime very difficult to deal with. We cannot completely trash out from our life but we can control it. Here, I have tried some ways to control overthinking, which might be useful for others.
Very first thing to do is just MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, trust me it will bring you peace.
Leave the past, think of present & add better things to it. Just let it go, which is not under your control.
Start doing action after first five seconds, control your mind before it controls you. Differentiate between what to do and what not to do, and start doing it, take actions & keep yourself busy.
Your happiness lies in your hand, in your actions and actions start from a healthy thought. Keep your mind refreshed.
Go and take risks, do what you are afraid of, after a few risks you will found it adventurous & it will boost your confidence.
Be a volunteer, connect with people. It will boost your confidence.
Start writing your actions and set priorities.
Think positive and don't react to any situation immediately, sometimes our reactions to situation leads us to difficulties and then overthinking starts. So think for 5 seconds and then react.
