Happiness is a relative thing that can be experienced but can not be described. In the same situation, one can be happy and another can bebe unhappy. From the same thing someone gets happiness and others may get saddened. That means happiness depends on how many materials or stimuli. Happiness is largely dependent on personal values, attitudes and ambition levels on all these things. Generally measurable needs, honest living, religious values, unselfish love for others, positive thinking all the time, it is difficult to be happy if you are with the truth in all situations. You can definitely be happy if you follow these situations.
The earth is running. Then everything is running and the ongoing trend is compared to something else. And if you want to be happy in the situation you are in now. Compare to the other one that is in worse condition than you see. Happiness is the matter of mind. I think you have seen many rich peoples they have much money but they don't have the happiness. And I hope you also seen some poor people they don have much money to eat proper food but they are happy.
So other side I can say happy can not enter your life if before you are not unhappy. Like day don't have any values without night. Honesty doesn't have any values without wicked. likewise happy doesn't have any values without trouble.
The cycle of happiness and misery in human life is always active, one after the other comes If you build yourself as a virtuous person, then peace is available in life, and then happiness comes as an additional bonus. So you need to follow some few things to be a happy man.
